1 - Do you offer different cleaning, packages or costs ? 

Yes!  We have a flat rate price for a recurring professional cleaning, one time, deep cleaning and quick cleaning . We also provide it by hour. We have the best solution for you . The costs of our service depend on the size of your house and what you’d like   cleaned. We clean houses and we have affordable and top quality house cleaning services. 

 

2 - What can I know that cleaners will do a good job?  

With our Osoji happiness guarantee, our professional house cleaner undergoes an intensive hands-on training which       teaches them. The Osoji maids system that makes us successful as we are. But if the service was not completed to your   standards , we will correct the problem. With 100% of referral based reviews from clients, the service is worth trying at least once. 

3 - What do I need to do before Osoji maids come to my home ? 

Our job is to remove the dust and dirt from your home to leave it with a fresh smell and look great!  How you can help us ? 

  • We can make and change all bedsheets. Please leave the clean linens out and we’ll know you would like the, changed or we’ll make unmade beds. 

  • Please pick up any clutter (toys and clothes on the floor) . It will help you get the most of your house cleaning If you forget to pick up clutter, we’ll do our best to work around it, but we can not organize for you. This would take too much time away from the regular service of your house. 

4 - Do Osoji maids provide the supplies and tools? 

Our team brings their own cleaning supplies and equipment. They will thoroughly clean your house based on the cleaning package you choose. We ask just you provide paper towels and trash bags. If you have a specific request you are welcome to leave the product out for our professional to use on your house. 

 

5 - Do I have to be home to the Osoji team to clean ? 

       It’s not necessary for you to be present , while our team provides your cleaning service. In fact, the most preferred and convenient method : 

  1. You may leave a spare key with us . 

  2. If you have a garage code, you can give us  a code to access your home. 

  3. If you wish to be at home, that’s fine too. 

 

6 - What time does the team arrive ? 

We can not guarantee our exact time of arrival, because we give every home the attention it deserves and requires, we do offer an arrival window (1 hour) for your convenience. Osoji maids use software to let you know when the team is “on the way” , what time they start and finish the job. 

 

7 - What if something is damaged during a service? 

We clean with utmost respect, but if something happens to break during our service, we’ll do our best to repair or replace the item. Our team is insured and bonded , so claims can be filed when appropriate. 

8 - What is not included in the service? 

Our professional is designed to keep your house comfortable and clean. We provide your home with the highest quality of care. 

  We don’t typically: 

  1. Dish washing 

  2. Do laundry 

  3. Pick up clutter 

  4. Clean toys 

  We are happy to clean inside of your refrigerator, oven and cabinets upon request (extra cost) 

 

9 - Can I reschedule a service ? 

We understand how unpredictable life can be. That is why we work with your schedule to ensure that we are cleaning your house at a time that’s more convenient for you. 

If you need to cancel , we recommend you call or text us about 48hours before your scheduled service. But if you cancel after 24h or the same day of your schedule we’ll charge 50% of your cleaning service. 

10 - How do I pay ? 

Payments are due on the day of your scheduled service. Our client leave cash or check on the kitchen counter, but we also accept credit cards, Venmo, Zelle or PayPal. If you choose to write us a check , please make it payable to Mayara Sugawara.

 

 

11 - What does mean  “ Green Cleaning” ? 

This method involves the practices and products used to promote a better environment and healthier home. 

Green cleaning solutions don’t emit any pollutants, flammable substances that can irritate the skin and risk for your family. We work to use the most appropriate methods to disinfect your home. We utilize microfiber cloths and pads during our services. Not only this practice better for the environment, microfiber picks up 100% of bacteria while cotton-based mops only pick up 30%. We know that many companies falsely advertise green cleaning pract. We are going as transparent as possible and we are happy to answer any questions you regarding our organic cleaning. 

12 - How can green cleaning service ensure the health and cleanliness of my home ? 

We use products free ammonia, petroleum and other toxic chemicals. We just use alcohol vinegar , baking soda, organic detergent and some green supplies. We recommend that you balance the use of green cleaning products and disinfectants in your cleaning plan to ensure that your home is as healthy and clean as possible. 13 - How can I take a cleaning service ? 

Contact the founders Mayara or Jr Sugawara to schedule a free in home quote at no-obligation. We’ll take the time to thoroughly inspect your property and discuss your budget, schedule and cleaning preferences with you. 

14 - Why will my initial cleaning be more expensive than my regularly scheduled service? 

Over the years, we’ve found that the first professional service brings a home up to a specific standard and we are committed to upholding that standard. That’s why our first service (deep cleaning) may take longer and cost a little more that of your next recurring service. 

We need the extra time to properly begin the process of eliminating mildew, soap scum, dust and dirt from your home. 

15 - Do Osoji maids always send the same house cleaners ? 

Yes. We believe that it’s very important to always send the same team to. Lean your house and we do everything in our control to make this possible. If a member of our team is absent , we’ll do our best to find the most suitable replacement. All of our housekeepers are trained to ensure that the quality control is always consistent. 

16 - Do your cleaners accept tips? 

 While tips are not expected, we are allowed to accept them. Some of our clients prefer to tip a little at the end of each service, while others provide a large tip at the end of the year. You can leave us a review on the system (Housecall pro), on Facebook, Google or Nextdoor. We love hearing that our work is appreciated. 

17 - Are you fine with pets being in the house during the cleaning service? 

  We love pets ! If your pet is aggressive in any way , we recommend that you leave him/her outside or in a gated area to ensure the safety of our cleaner.
